🎯🎯🎯🎯 Every study initiated on the subject makes it clear that the most effective, cheapest (yes, CHEAPEST, most inexpensive, highest return on investment) forms of aid are direct cash payments with zero means testing, and on-request right-to-housing. These are just facts.

If you object to public-funded housing of homeless people, in the end the objection cannot be the cost, because we pay a premium to be cruel to homeless people. At the bottom of the objection will always sit dehumanizing cruelty and a desire for eradication.
