Bhattacharya needs to read advice from International Hantavirus Society: “human-to-human transmission of ANDV should ... no longer be regarded as... unproven”. They caution against “overly categorical statements that transmission can occur only after clear symptom onset." zenodo.org/records/2007...

In 1953 Iran had a functioning democracy. A free press. Seven political parties. Women in universities. Women granted voting rights in municipal councils in 1952. A secular prime minister named Mosaddegh who believed Iran's oil belonged to Iran. The US and Britain decided he had to go.

Such an amazing resource for primary care population level research! Sadly in Ontario/Canada the move to EMRs was done through individual practices and hospitals in a vendor/purchaser model so interoperability for pt care (and of course for research data) is huge issue
