In today's Avvenire, our PhD Student, Thea Jansen, talks about her research that shows remote work boosts pregnancy planning. Her paper shows that couples are 40% more likely to plan for a baby when women work remotely while men work on-site. When roles reverse, the increase drops to 36%.
