Seriously, DON’T draw every day. That’s how I developed a repetitive strain injury and had to take an extended break from drawing for months while it healed. That was over a decade ago and it STILL gives me trouble if I draw for a few hours without taking a break. Please, please take breaks 😭

"You have to draw every day if you want to make it" is tired, burnout-inducing, elitist advice and if I hear it again Im going to start giving out demerits. Draw when you can, when you have motivation, and if your intent is to improve always try to attach one goal to your drawing to focus on.

Unironically, I fucking love learning. I love being exposed to new perspectives and ways of thinking. I love being told there are gaps in my understanding and there is information to fill it. RAAAAAAAH, let me absorb all of the knowledge and gain a more global understanding of life!!!!

realizing why my child (cat) will spam meows at me. i wandered off in the middle of getting them dinner and it took like 5-8 seconds of meows for me to realize a) she was meowing and b) she was trying to lead me back to the kitchen oops

Our Cambridge team have found a remarkably well-preserved aurochs lying in peat beside an ancient watercourse, with much of the skeleton still articulated. Aurochs became extinct in Britain around 1300 BC. This one is now back at Finds for further investigation. 🐂

Bringing this to light again because I'm once again seeing some of my favorite v-tubers playing Grain Rot. They have used gen-AI within their game, and even if the assets don't exist NOW, they DID before and they're not being honest about it. #vsky / #vtuber / #twitch / #NoGenAI

i forgot i can post it here!! i made a PNGtuber for our friend @neus.se - neusse put in a SKEB and i ABUSED it to test out the last early access release of veadotube full 🙌 its such a cool program - i got like only two complaints which is impressive with how picky i am with tools ✨
