✅if the child is born with a disability, all related costs forever; ✅automatic eligibility for SNAP, TANF, and WIC with no reduction in benefits until the child is 18; ✅if the pregnant person becomes disabled as a result of the pregnancy, all related costs forever;

The Pro Birth Accountability Act would require that the federal govt cover: ✅reasonable living, legal, medical, psychological and psychiatric expenses directly related to prenatal, intrapartal, and postpartal periods; ✅the child's health care (including vision and dental) until age 18;

Instead of introducing pointless "every sperm is sacred legislation," introduce a bill—a Pro-Birth Accountability Act—like Sen. Mia McLeod introduced in S. Carolina in 2019. I call it a "F**k You, Pay Me" bill. If states are going to force people to give birth, then states should pay for it.
