Being a hipster has got to be exhausting. Personally, I'm happier vibing to pop music and watching corny shows like "Strictly Come Dancing." Life is far too short to clench your innards in a bid to be perceived a certain way.

There is something so delightfully liberating about finally cutting crap “friends” from your life. Bonus points if they realize that they blew it with you.
No matter how absolutely lucky you are in life, there will always be something missing that makes your heart ache.

Whenever I go through streaming services and the films currently on offer, I am convinced that I am totally out of step with what average viewers want to see. Why are so many films featuring robots or zombies trapped in a dystopian enviroment?

We all have to make a buck (and that includes me). But when an entire city is literally going up in flames, maybe pause your social media promotion for a day or two. #ReadTheRoom
No one warns you that time and age makes your life smaller and smaller until you are dependent on a scant few people for friendship and conversation. The advent of social media only makes it worse. Where are the hugs, the handshakes, and warm energy that only comes from hanging out in person?
Every time I start to write more than a social media post, I am reminded that few people read anymore. It makes me sad.
