I worked offline last night and something actually went well on the first try.. I promise I'm competent !! My NTSC GameCube now outputs RGB natively over the standard multi-out port at 480p + HDMI as a bonus. Also upgraded the controller port battery with a battery holder and a BLUE led for fun

I got surprised with a few packages today.. TV parts are in! GCDual (GameCube RGBS/HDMI mod) is in! GameCube and Dreamcast replaceable battery parts are in!! So much to do..
