🛰️ #SkyCommonsObservatory by OKFN: Tracking Who Profits from Connectivity in Space and Who Gets Left Behind Open Knowledge has recently released a baseline study on how 𝗟𝗼𝘄-𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁 (𝗟𝗘𝗢) 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 was rolled out in six countries.
