A friend’s old dog had to be put down, so before the vet visit, we took him to the beach, his favorite place, and fed him cheeseburgers, his favorite snack. When we say goodbye to someone we love, it never feels like enough. *This is a NakedPastor original print: No Goodbye Is Good Enough

Ok folks, so later this year I am teaching Church History & one task I set students is to put a series of church events in order. I have 50 events which I am considering revising. So... what would be your top 5 events in Christian History (after the events recorded in the Bible). GO!

Yesterday I was honoured to be made an honorary canon of Gloucester Cathedral. The bishop described the role as an ambassador between the diocese & the cathedral. I was touched that both former & current students came to support me along with my CGH team Alison & Nigel, Bp Humphrey & good friends.

The front cover of The Way Through The Trees by Sarah Brush.
There is an endorsement quote alongside, which reads: Sarah Brush proves herself to be an adept, playful, creative and generative guide to the geography of faith development theories and styles. The genius of this book is the independence of her judgment, the clarity of her analysis and the playfulness with which she invites her reader into exploring how this landscape might excite, nurture and grow faith … practical theology at its very best.
This is a quote from James Woodward, Principal of Sarum College.
