スペイン中央政府が発表した50万人規模の不法移民の合法化。 バルセロナ市長は少なくとも市内では24000人が対象になると算段。 個人的にはバルセロナならその倍は対象になる気がするけど。 スペインの観光都市に行った人なら一度は見た事がある布にTシャツや土産物を並べて売る「トップマンタ」さん達、まだあどけないアフリカの青年が多いけど彼らも合法化されて警察から逃げたりせず安定した生活を送れると良いけど。 バルセロナ市長も「これで人間的な生活を手にする人が増える」と。まともな政治家の反応だと思う。 スペインでは不法滞在であれ必ず住民登録をしろ、と言われるのは時々こう言う合法化政策があるから。
