Maybe a hot-take, but I genuinely think I would be fine with paid battle passes (even if they have to up the cost to compensate) if they were NOT, FOMO based. You pay for a pass, it stays permanent to your account and you can unlock the rewards at any time. Hell, just remove FOMO in games overall!

I genuinely think gamers are undervalued in the workplace. Most of us play because we enjoy finding new ways to be efficient, or easier ways to handle certain challenges, "big damage number go brr" yknow? and that stuff will usually translate to a workplace environment anyway.
