Gift for @captainqster.bsky.social from their friend 🌿💕 [ #caemidraws #tarots #ocs ]

Death tarot featuring two characters about to embrace, the one on the left riding a pale horse and the one on the right reaching up, wearing a golden like armor. The frame is made to look out of an ossuary. In the foreground, a wintery bush and a summer one, while in the background, sun rising between two towers overlooking woods.

A gpose screenshot of a man posing with finger guns. He is pale with black hair and vivid purple eyes, and he is dressed in a long, black coat with metal accents, goggles pushed up on his forehead, and wire frame glasses. Behind him is Alexander Prime's clockwork halo.

🍃🌻 Self Growth & Care 🌻🍃 13th of #vierapril ~ “Flowers” #ffxiv | #ff14 | #gpose | #viera

Flowers has been the prompt I've struggled with the most in the first half of Vierapril ~

For someone who uses flowers within her gposes so consistently, it became this strange internal battle within myself between just "throw something together" and "I must push myself into the new". It's no secret me and mental health have not been allies in creativity in recent months. The "Flowers" prompt became a strange focus of that.

And then I hung out with a dear, dear friend last night. She made me feel comfortable, and happy, and safe, and while we were laughing about it she suggested turning Buns into the flower... And I could suddenly see this gpose in my mind. I could see the grass dancing across the bottom, Buns in a pretty dress, and her once more headless ~ though thankfully this time without the blood.

The gpose itself depicts Buns standing on a garden path in a floral summer dress. Thick grass grows long, with yellow flowers littering the lawn. She is watering a second version of herself, who is growing out of a silver, metallic bucket. This second Buns is the one who is headless, flowers growing from her neck where her head might be.

This is how my conversation with my friend made me feel, and reminded me of the importance of caring for myself. I might be warring my own mind when it comes to a healthy creative process, but every time I give myself grace or find a new way to make art which isn't unhealthy, it's growth. It's being your own garden. Your own flowers.

...My therapist is going to be so fucking proud of me ~

A Viera adorned in onyx armor and a hat that tapers to a point downward can be seen with a bow barely in frame, and a quiver holstered to their back. Flecks of snow can be seen falling as bright daylight blindingly reflects off the snow in the background.
