I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't actually have to take every opportunity that lands at your feet. You can say no, and still have as much of a career as you would otherwise. No matter what business you're in.

I have Tourette's and I do experience motor tics as a result but in my case it's typically localized in my head and neck so it feels more manageable. Today while playing DUSK on my PC however, the tics decided to show up in my dominant arm. Fucking lovely.
It annoys me how game devs’ go-to damage control line for using generative AI in their games is “put down your pitchforks, we only used it for placeholders” Shouldn’t those be even easier to make than the final assets?? You could put literal scribbles, who gaf 😭
the assets used in my games are all made on one large paint tool sai file that mimics the layout of the games one to one
