This collar is not it. I am going to remove it and add a stand collar.
Omg. Talk about this is why we make mock ups. Had to split all the side panels in half. I sorted my scraps by size. I should have enough rectangles to make the suspenders with frills.
Working on the save plaid fabric project. I am working on the collar.
Found a solution for this skirt. Add in most of the failed first skirt and triple the volume!
