I hate that sitting here i feel mostly normal like its not painful if i dont do anything with my body parts. but then if i so much as try to lift an arm or shift my weight my armpit and knee are like "You are injured. please fuck yourself."
So I more or less dislocated my knee yesterday... Wasn't given much support was expected to I dunno... Levitate home or something? And had to beg for crutches. I was basically dehumanized for being a fat woman. As is the norm.
hearing my cats misbehaving and fucking things up when my knee is partially dislocated and i have received zero help from medical professionals about it... is such a stressful time. Like i definitely heard one of them jump wrong and fuck up the curtains... but i am trapped in my chair... injured.
Tumblr isn't great if you draw straight up porn (Nudity is allowed with nudity flags), but people are excited about art usually, there's no algorithm you have to bend over backwards to cater to. no random AI feature... and they let you disable AI scraping on a per-blog level. which is nice. .

When you help a bunch of people understand and fix their computer issues... Only to four hours later find out these strangers are all using AI aggressively... It's like "NOOO... I should have left well enough alone! I should have let your components get waterboarded by heat!" I was a FOOL to help!

Pretty sure someone just tried to covertly check if I am using AI to draw... And I wanna make it clear: I hate AI for all its "uses cases" all of them. Period. There is nothing I love on this earth that hasn't been failed and damaged by AIs existence.
My family would do well to remember that my sister might be the one who barks, and barks often. But it is I who bites, and I do it wordlessly.
Just as a reminder, genAI images and videos aren't bad because they look bad. How close they get to the real thing is irrelevant. The reason they're bad is because ultimately genAI exists to put the creative process itself into the hands of corporations instead of actual creatives.
