Population Conversations@populationconvos.bsky.social · 3mo agoIn a crowded world, wars over resources, ideologies and testosterone become even more brutal and destructive than "usual." This film on #Ukraine 's #resilience in the face of multiple threats - past #nuclearcatastrophe, aggressive Russian #invasion, and #climatechange among others - should be good.

I spent the last year helping my friends rebuild their website- Clinic Nepal does some amazing work in rural Nepal. Set up more as an aid group rather than a clinic, they support education, healthcare, and clean water- the things they cover save lives. www.clinicnepal.com

The Pentax *ist D - Pentax's first production digital SLR. It features a 6.1MP CCD sensor. I walked around yesterday. I'm pretty blown away by the tones I get out of this 20-year old camera. It's awaking some ideas. What do you think? #ccdsensor #vintagedslr #pentax #pentaxkmount #pentax*ist-D
