There can never be another "water under the bridge" administration ever again, and part of that is going to involve shaming everyone on board with this one - voters included - as the disgusting pig racists they are
RFK: "There's five hundred million Arabs in the world. And yet they don't produce science. They don't win the Nobel Prize. They don't win the Fields Prize. They don't win the Wolf Prize. They don't produce literature."

You know, the thing is, I had drafted this piece a month ago, and then never published it, because I thought maybe it was too mean.
Id never be able to tell if I have a sense of humor or not, so finding people that I can laugh with, like @forresterhusky.bsky.social and @macchiato-ad.bsky.social, makes after brunch hangouts so much better. Big thank you to @naikumaart.bsky.social for solidifying this moment for me 💚

On today's episode of Stripe's Swedish Classics, it's a hearty beef stew called 'Kalops'. Stew simmered low and slow, and seasoned with allspice and bayleaf. And yes carrots! Served with boiled potatoes and pickled beets.
Continuing the Swedish week today it's a classic. Swedish meatballs done my way with chive infused mashed potatoes! Thicc cream sauce and of course lingonberries. (With some jam on the side)
Biff a la Lindström! A classic Swedish dish consisting of patties made with pork and veal, and inside is capers and pickled diced beets. (And sometimes dijon mustard is added). Served here in one of many ways, mashed potatoes and parsley butter. May not sound like much but it's one of my favourites.
