Hoatzin a pheasant-sized South American bird famous for smelling like manure, and digesting leaves like a cow. Amazon and Orinoco. Their massive digestive systems push aside their flight muscles, making them clumsy, weak fliers. They are strictly herbivorous and feed almost entirely on leaves.
