Aerial grenadiers are instrumental in disabling point defenses atop fortifications, like ballistae and flame projectors, clearing the way for sappers to do their grim work beneath the walls. 🗡️💀🌻 Ideating on a project I've been mulling for a while.
In Preservation culture, asking payment for anything considered necessary for living (food, power sources, education, the feed, etc.) was considered outrageous, but asking payment for life-saving help was right up there with cannibalism.

The nature of the person, and the approach would they best respond to? It is good to hear informed critique. You are, though, never required to heed any given random piece of advice. And never give it unsolicited!

Conan stories are so effective, in part, because Conan loses ALL THE TIME. He loses the fight, he loses the treasure, he loses the girl. But he survives, and it's his tenacity that gives the stories their heart. A lot of games that try to emulate the genre completely miss this.
For those familiar with the Darkest Dungeon video games, what kind of characters would you want to be able to play in a ttrpg pitched as "Darkest Dungeon in a fairy tale castle"? What kind of monsters would you want to see?

On a scale of 1-10, how much work would it take to make my windows steam library work reliably on a Linux distribution like Ubuntu? I can install the OS and everything just fine, but I don't know how to make windows exes work.

Pokémon's unwillingness to stick to Sugimori's original obligate-2d look is such a shame. 3Difying might make animation easier but you end up with impossible shapes.
