I feel like I've been working on this story forever. But no. Only since 2021 and even then it's only been taking me so long because i have to take such long breaks from it for things like going back to school and moving.

I swear that the only thing keeping me from adventure is the fact that I'm a bit of a coward. But then i remember that i bungee jumped knowing full well that I'm afraid of heights. It's kinda a toss up i guess

Asked in a few places if deadname as a term was specific to the trans experience. General consensus was no, but it has a specific feel to it. Another ace friend pointed out that I don't really vibe as cis anyway lol. Apparently I'm somewhere between cassgender and demi girl.

only 57k words deep in the draft, but working title is Umbris Files. Double MCs. Prudence runs away to Veilside of Earth to escape being kidnapped and Kai must figure out hoe to escape a house that's magically boobytrapped over 100 years later. Story follows their adventures with the company Umbris.
