ich hab einfach grad 7 stunden bilder bearbeitet und weil ich so im loop war hab ich kb gehabt mir was richtiges zu essen machen, also hab ich diese salz- schokobrezeln inhaliert wie nono der staubsauger und jetzt ist mein magen so: 🌝 weisste was jetzt funny wär- komische geräusche 🌝

Boah ich bin heute wieder so giddy über Gym Results ey. Ich gaslighte mich ja gern selbst dass kein Progress da ist, aber Waage sagt 6 Kilo weniger, ich benche inzwischen 65 Kilo sicher (hab mit 50 angefangen) und konnte heute auf fast allen exercises was draufpacken 😭
