New EHRC guidance is due today. Remember: ➡️ Early reports based on unattributed briefings are spin, not facts. ➡️ This is civil law around who can and cannot bring discrimination claims - not criminal law. ➡️ Whatever it says, it is a choice by this government. They can fix it. ➡️ We will keep going.

After new information through FOI that yet another Trust has stopped using Oxevision, we can now reveal that just 19 out of the 50 mental health Trusts are still using the system - well below the 50% that Oxehealth (now LIO) once boasted!
My favourite thing about this post is a for-profit company likening their surveillance tech to the invention of stethoscopes or safety equipment in Formula 1 cars. "Over time, the radical becomes reasonable", they say. 1/2
As of writing this egregious post referencing the Lampard Inquiry is still up www.linkedin.com/pulse/signal...
Legal representatives for @stopoxevision.bsky.social, bereaved families, patients and @inquest-org.bsky.social have supported calls for the Lampard Inquiry to issue interim recommendations requiring EPUT to stop their use of Oxevision. You've heard the evidence, now action is needed

Yesterday, the Government rushed through the newly titled Universal Credit Bill – enacting their planned cuts to Universal Credit for new claimants from 2026/7. The Bill will now progress to the House of Lords, where it will face reduced scrutiny. We are devastated 🧵(1/4).

Today, and on all days, NSUN stands in solidarity with trans women and all other trans people. Our hearts are aching. We will continue to show up in the fight for trans rights, which shouldn't be a fight in the first place (1/2).
New explainer from me, via NSUN - on what the welfare proposals are, what they might mean for those living with mental ill-health, and what you can do about them 👇
Labour's Disability benefit reforms will push 340,000 people into poverty, exacerbating the harms of a welfare system that is already killing people. NSUN is appalled by these proposals (1/3).
"We as the mental health sector have a responsibility to call out this logic, rejecting the ways transness is constructed as a mental health problem and resisting psychological therapies being used as a new form of conversion therapy."
