a big thing I've been trying to push for @themagiccastles.wtf is creating content "of increase" (poor @xverfiend.com hears this multiple times a month), everything we do should have some inherent worth, not just a replication of what already exists

Maybe it’s a bad take, or maybe I don’t get it. And if so please explain to me how wrong I am. However if your only idea for content is to post a picture of thousands of dollars of product you got for free. You might be more disconnected from the target audience than you thought.

I have become more radicalised on this topic and now here is my hot take: Unless they are at specific event or make actual content around sealed or draft, Ambassadors shouldn't get packs before release. It's not experience duplication and they don't need it to "review" the set.

I personally don't think it's being talked about enough how Ultimate Guard is taking advantage of a new wave of creators unaware or ignorant of their previous BS to attempt to rehabilitate their image/ more likely just act like it never happened

Universes Beyond MagicCon health check source: walking the free play tables and games we played obviously saw *a lot* of Marvel due to timing Final Fantasy, Avatar and Lord of the Rings showed up on tables in pretty big numbers (in that order tbh) Fallout here and there, mainly Moth Man

I met so many wonderful people at MagicCon Amsterdam. Where do you all keep coming from (it’s Canada, I guess). So many games. So many hugs. I almost cried 4 times. Love this children’s trading card game.

didn't take many (if any) pictures at MagicCon because I was either too busy trying to focus on my games too busy being overstimulated had a great time, felt loved, saw the best people old and new want to sleep for 3 days now

creators, if you aren't packing your custom tokens whilst shipping out card orders you are missing a trick ✨ even better if your custom tokens have some way of the very engaged person buying cards to directly find your content
