Our 2025 leadership retreat with our Deacons, Elders, and Foundation. We talked about congregational health, how anxiety spreads quickly, where we can get better at communicating/listening, and the art of mitigating 'triangulation.' There's always more to learn and grow from. We are hopeful 💛
