A lot of people are about to step into their truth. Keep an open mind as those around you evolve and shift. Make space for the new them and the new you. Free of judgment. Allow them to outgrow the limitations others have set upon them and SEE how miraculously things will shift and change.

A shattering moment, breaking the stage, the script undone, the lines erased. I stand before an empty space, Seeing the actor beneath the play. — No encore, no second take, just silence where we used to be. Yet still, I move forward—the music calls, I have to move on with this song. #poetry

I carry home within my heart, no walls to bind, no place apart. The sky, my ceiling—vast and free, the earth below, embracing me. — No map can tell me where I’ll land, but trust flows steady wherever I stand. For I am safe where my soul glows, and free to wander where the wind blows. #poetry

Needing others is a primal song, etched into the marrow of our species. From the first cry of life, we are built on the shoulders of someone else’s hands. A meal shared. A wheel turned. Fuel in our tanks. Breath in our lungs. Love in our hearts. We add to the symphony of connection. 💗 #poetry

Just created this poem while hiding in a corner of a loud, hot club. 😂 Dissociation A cruel fate— The mind’s retreat, A fortress built To endure years Of abuse and neglect. Hiding from the world, Hoping to be seen— Unheard, Safe in silence, Ignoring the pain We were forced to endure. #poetry

Perhaps this is your moment— The breaking of a dam, Where everything hidden begins to flow. Perhaps your mind is racing, Words spilling over, Unraveling years of silence and unprocessed emotion. Perhaps you are exactly Who you were meant to be, And you’ve come home To yourself. At last. #poetry

What if we allowed ourselves to simply be? What if we let ourselves sleep in, guilt-free? What if we disappeared for a month, To focus on what we truly need? What if we put aside the daily tasks, And focused on us instead? What if we reconnected with nature— Letting her remind us of who we are.
