I was cursing the clouded buff flying out of the trap without stopping for a photo clearly the moth of the morning in my little reserve (VC29) but the moth gods has a small marbled to compensate 87 species, other days Antler moth would have been the star #teammoth

Of the 99 species in my nature reserve (VC29) this morning one stood out, this beast of a striped hawkmoth - 2/2 #teammoth
51 species in the garden this morning (VC29) plenty of moths mostly common wainscots and small mottled willows. A few nice species White spotted pinion, 3 marbled clovers and Broad barred white the pick #teammoth
