One of my ferrets, Moki, passed away a few days ago. It was sudden. I am sad, of course, and worried about his sister Ori being alone. I am not certain I can bring myself to adopt another ferret at this time, but they are social creatures and she should have more than me for a companion.

Terrible stress headache today from this nonsense. I got nothing but an automated response, to two tickets. Not a single human was involved in 'resolving' the problem. The only 'help' I got was a template answer telling me to use the app to submit my appeal -
