Why is the answer to employers wanting more work ready graduates always that universities should provide more workplace training, rather than employers providing more training in the workplace?

Replacing yourself with an AI avatar is an understandable response to the students’ persistent overuse of AI. We end up with the entirely pointless scenario of avatars teaching avatars…..

I stumbled across the 1964 film ‘Culloden’ by Peter Watkins. It relies mainly on amateur actors to portray the tragedy of the battle for those involved.
