The weather continues to be Smoke (official forecast). We are down to Very Unhealthy air quality at least, as opposed to Hazardous. Unfortunately the temperature is rising again, so keeping a closed house is impossible. Eyes are a little more sore than normal, throat is very unhappy.

As someone with asthma living in one of these affected areas, I am begging you to wear a mask if you'll be outdoors for any length of time.

The outside air continues to oscillate between Silent Hill and what Hollywood depicts as Mexico or any part of South America. Saw ash floating in the air yesterday. This year's wildfire smoke is so much worse than last year's.
Between the heat, not being at home due to the heat, incoming wildfire smoke, struggling with a med swap, and my anxiety med refill being in limbo, I kinda want to just curl up into a ball and cease for a bit. It'll get better, but holy hell is it Not Fun right now.

Tuesday: Heat sick Wednesday: Less heat sick, but still didn't feel great Today: Not heat sick, but moving at a snail's pace It's been 90F with 80%+ humidity. No AC at home. Some AC at work (none in the part of the building I was in today). Two meds that make me heat sensitive. Fuckin' rough.
