I like anime and I like video games. Streaming as a Vtuber allowed me to combine both of those interests. It also allowed me to flex my creativity again and write up a character, world and story. I wound being able to combine three of my interests and hobbies. Can't a mfer just have fun yo?

idk about anyone else, but good character design to me isn't about doing things that no one has done before, or hitting a detail quota, or being the most attractive It's about telling the viewer what the character is about at a glance, and being able to be recognized even if a 5yo drew it.

Got my first revision on one of the characters back and it's closer to what I envision, just needs a few small adjustments and I think I'll be where I want it to be.

It's almost always performative when people talk about helping victims or protecting the community. I've learned to be very wary of certain types of language in the content creation / digital space. I'm not saying the pattern tracks 100% of the time but it tracks enough for me to press X to doubt.
