This one's tough but I might have to give it to the animated MIB or Starship Troopers Roughneck Chronicles. The latter took SST and turned it into a Band of Brothers for kids kinda deal with amazing CGI (for the time), music and characters. Shame it had such a weird timeslot. I think 5 or 6 AM?
