That period of time where you start losing fat in your fitness journey instead of growing muscle(very visible/cosmetic) is so difficult because you'll feel smaller and the fat kinda helped make you feel larger So now it's like, oh great, I'm not getting bigger or bulky at all but I'm losing my meat

The worst part about Bsky is that because I like a lot of queer art, the app assumes I'm only into furry stuff because it's very popular on the platform and doesn't get tagged specifically and so my whole fyp is essentially something I'm not at all interested in.
