A lovely brewery and taproom in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Donzoko.org
Marketing is easy now I can just post pics of Keller bankers.
Last night's Keller Bier launch at Donzoko was excellent - a fantastic quaffer, malty and bitter, banked in true Teeside style. And as a bonus, a new pale ale collab with Fourman, absolutely loaded with Galaxy hops giving it an almost kerosene edge. (IYKYK) Again, very easy drinking.
Banked pints of cask lager! FOMO for foam! Tasty withdrawals are being made from the Bank of Donzoko at the launch of 'Keller' at their taproom in #Newcastle 🍺🍺🍺 @donzokobeer.bsky.social #BskyBeer
Pumpclip Final Boss* is on the bar now!! * @donzokobeer.bsky.social First ever cask beer! ** Yes, that’s actually a tile!
Lot of people asking where they can get Keller outside of the north east, to which we say you can't! Hop on a train, come to Newcastle, have a fun, local beer experience.
✨🟩Keller🟩✨ our one and only cask beer. Permanently, and exclusively, brewed for the Pubs of Newcastle. Keller is a delicious Keller lager. Malty, bitter, and endlessly drinkable. Featuring a different hop each month from our friends at Locher farm in Germany. Keller - A Beer You Can Bank On

Over in Sweden brewing lager beer with Omnipollo. (They have bankers!)
We have re-brewed our Koji rice lager. "Donmai" collaboration with Minoh beer in Osaka, with some tweaks to the koji process below. It is rice, malt and noble hops, but tastes like tinned peaches and cream. I don't think ive ever been so excited for one of our beers. More as it develops x
I’m not usually a great fan of tap rooms. Fortunately, I’m only 5 mins from the Donzoko one. The giant red curtain does a good job of deadening the sound. Horrible sound is what puts me off most taprooms.
UK hops + flavours in general are more subtle than some of their new world counterparts. We attempted to bring them out in HIDDEN SOUNDS, a pils we made with @cloudwaterbrew.bsky.social hopped with english Solero, big white peach nectarine floral oily whistle clean lager beer!
Look at that foam on the furthest away pint. Bankers.

We got this lovely sign from Dave Bailey and since then the taproom has been >50% busier than last year. Enchanted object.
CELLARS is a 6.2% bock, brewed with "Most" hops. It tastes like strawberries hay and honey. It's usually a taproom exclusive but I have decided to release it wider.

HEARTWOOD is a 5.5% west coast pale, rippingly bitter, but contrasted with new, fruitier varieties of hops, namely Strata and Alora. Big melony strawberry, then a rip of pine sap bitterness, a pint of two halves. 🪵🌲🍺
TYNESIDE LAMBIC TRAIL 2026 24/25 Jan 26 Looking forward to once again joining some great Tyneside bars to show off the best in lambic and mixed ferm beer from the UK, Belgium and Beyond. Details coming. Save the date and please share!
Made a low booze IPA for those taking a break, with Alora hops, which is a particularly delicious variety.
Instead of visiting the £75M Guinness brewery where they don't make Guinness why not visit the £0.25M Donnies brewery where they make Donnies.
Once Bitten, Twice Shy. Afestive treat of a red IPA. Also a public service announcement about gift boxes.
Beery excellence at @donzokobeer.bsky.social last night. An essential taproom stop in #Newcastle #BskyBeer
