Working on a piece for the newsletter, this is a data point - smart people keep shrugging and saying “communities don’t like data centers because of ‘vibes’” etc when it’s really that people are in fact smart enough to know they are bad faith neighbors. It is *entirely rational* not to trust them.

Please find a better source for news than whatever this is. At the best of time this just regurgitates better journalist’s work, at others it can just seem to be making stuff up. A repost button is higher quality journalism than this since it at least consistently cites sources.
I remember when they posted something about Ozzy Fox calling it “Disney’s first AI-generated series” which was 100% false and then deleted the post the next day
