My new employee asked "So... do you like anime?" to the rest of the team at our recent team lunch. I'm just now realizing that I have never hired a single person who did not like anime. And it's only ever come up once in an interview. Is it a vibe that I'm getting?

Literally half of the resumes I've reviewed to backfill my recently-departed (to another job) employee have been almost identical. I can tell now from the preview it pulls from their resume that it's going to be similar based only on the years of their previous experience. AI? Is it really this bad?
