There are reports of ICE activity at Missouri Walnut (Neosho, MO area) this morning. There was a confirmed federal investigation there and reported first-hand accounts are saying that some of the agents on scene were ICE.

May 1st is May Day (or International Workers' Day), which celebrates workers and the successes of the labor movement. Joplin is hosting 2 different May Day Strong events, in addition to the nationwide economic actions. Please participate in any actions you are able to that resonate with you!
*PSA* IMPORTANT LOCATION UPDATE FOR MAY DAY PROTEST: Construction work is shutting down half of the sidewalk at the intersection of 7th/Rangeline. We are moving our May Day Protest to Rangeline in front of Northpark Mall (more specifically, where Johnny Carino's used to be @ 137 N Rangeline Rd).
Our #ICEoutforGood protest last weekend was a huge success. On a 24-hour notice, we got 150 people out in MAGA-infested Joplin, MO. We had a memorial table with candles, names, and stories for each of the 37 ICE-related deaths during Trump's 2nd term and closed with a moment of silence for them.
