It’s time someone fought for Mississippi. Running for Congress to represent MS-02. evanturnage.com

I didn’t get into this race because we thought it would be easy — I did it because Mississippi is always worth fighting for. I’ve reached out to Rep. Bennie Thompson to congratulate him on winning the primary, and to remind him to meet this moment with the urgency our communities deserve.

Tomorrow's election day Mississippi. If we want things to change, we need to make that change with our votes. Evan Turnage is running for U.S Congress. His policies for healthcare, education, jobs, agriculture, affordability, and protecting voting rights are worth looking at. Please vote!

Bennie Thompson was the only Democrat to vote against 15 days of early voting, same day voter registration, and other voting rights protections when he voted against the For the People Act. It’s time for new leadership.

I’m Evan Turnage, the author of the No Kings Act, and I’m running for Congress in Mississippi. There’s just weeks until the primary on March 10, and I need your help to keep building our campaign’s momentum. Share this post if you agree it’s time for a new generation of leadership in Washington!

The same ol’ way is just not gonna work. Congressman Thompson has served as an elected official for the last 57 years straight. It’s time to pass the torch to the next generation of leadership.
