I've been walking much more (when the heat allows) so I'm going to try walking 500,000 steps for Diabetes UK with a goal of £500. I was on the verge of getting diabetes before my recent weight loss and it was very scary. Hopefully I can stay out of the danger zone🤞🏾 bit.ly/3St3crT
