If you fear workplace retaliation, I work in HR. Some advice! Power map your org and dept first to know where you can and can't speak. Build power with allies quietly and away from work, if possible. Knowing what you're working with takes a lot of mystery and fear out of workplace organizing.

What can I do for Gaza? 1) Identify your sphere of influence. Your school, your work place, organizations you're a part of. 2) Are they Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS) compliant? Have they cut ties with Israel and Israeli institutions? 3) If no, get to work! Organize!
