Doing the last round of merch photos for a pal, laying down next to my favorite helper, dollar store craft board. It’s awesome to hang outside and take a million photos of beautiful merch 🥲

In my limited free time, I've been thinking of making a small bifold wallet to look like a leaf, and a more utilitarian crossbody bag... I try to break apart each piece of a design with the material in mind before committing to any kind of merch making.

I don't leave my house much and have been a little looser with masking (a personal failing?), except in crowded places and events, but I'm going to start wearing it more consistently again. Glad wastewater testing for COVID is still happening around here.

sorry to my followers for also posting so much recently. I think my body is really suffering from drawing for 14+ hours a day and being stuck at my computer drives me crazy. Will go back to intermittent posting soon.

Been thinking of restarting my Furry accounts again, mostly because I would love to participate in the smaller alleys again just to draw people's characters... but I have no dedicated spot for all the furry art I've drawn in years past... also any PNW folks have any pointers or spaces I should know?

Hi friends, I am participating in a symbolic pilgrimage in October where we walk a physical path reflecting the historic path from WWII Japanese American incarceration to current ICE detention centers. If you're in the area, please check out our public events, especially the Solidarity Day at NWDC

Things I wish had museums or statues in Minnesota: -James Hong related things -MST3K celebration stuff in Hopkins Being jumpscared by the address while watching MST3K made me realize there was nothing in town while living there.

With Control coming out, I'm remembering back then when I made hairpins based on Jesse's director suit. Kind of my first run at making jewelry-esque things. I learned a lot from it, and was happy with the second run with real gold plating. This is a photo and not a mock up btw LOL

I know I can call myself a "Small business," but it's hard for me to even consider that when I really don't want to be one. I'm just a guy making things because I like it and love the experience of making physical objects, who also barely opens their shop ever and ships things out at a snails pace.

Perhaps if I was more extroverted I would organize a doujinshi event in Seattle/Tacoma. I'm like fine doing everything else except talking to venues, which is the most important part to organizing events LMAO

If any one of the books you love becomes a success it’s a green light to publishers to fund more weird, beautiful comics. Even if you can’t afford to buy a book, recommending it to two people who can moves mountains for the people in the machine who want to make good art.
