I’m sorry, I just can’t bring myself to take any of this remotely seriously. I think tech bros love these stories because they make the tech sound better than it actually is, and imply that it will be able to deliver on even a quarter of what they promise. It’s part of the reason we’re in a bubble.

Ok, so to be clear about what’s happening here: the Fed can’t cut interest rates and probably has to raise them as a DIRECT RESULT of Trump’s policies; but because Trump is the stupidest human being alive, he is throwing a tantrum and threatening action that will… cause inflation to further spike.
