ROSC case: Older pt, smoker,DM2. Back pain at home, witnessed arrest, +bystander CPR. EMS found VF shock x1 -> Asystole -> ROSC w/ NSVTx3 and then polymorphic VT. In ED: extremities reasonably warm, no edema/murmurs, chest fair air entry. Intubated soiled airway + Mg+ Lido Norepi
