Author of COSTANZA - a historical fiction novel set in 1600s Rome - history nerd, book lover, love a red lip

I'm once again asking for a show where a librarian, a bookseller, and a carpenter travel around helping people manage their out-of-control book collections. Discuss their sentimental value, their rarity, their histories, then build amazing book nooks and shelves and little libraries to organize them

Bookish people I need your help! My 16 yr old loves Harry Potter & Percy Jackson and is now ENGROSSED by FOURTH WING by Rebecca Yaros - I want to get her a couple of books in the same vein for Christmas - and would love your recommendations 💡 Thank you hugely in advance 🎄🙏🤶🏻

Well this is wonderful! @jenniegauthor.bsky.social is a huge supporter of other author’s success - and it’s lovely to see her getting her own well deserved recognition 💙🖤🐦‍⬛ congratulations Jennie!

Your writing process will change on a daily basis with every project, because every project is different. Whatever gets you to the final product is the way that that book needed to be written. So I need you to stop scrolling and say this aloud right now. "My writing process is not broken."

I have FINALLY worn Kat down with my constant eulogising about the 8 sequence plot structure 😂 I’m going to make a short video about this method soon and will post here if anyone is curious!

This pantser is about to try out the sequences trick by Alexandra Sokoloff for plotting and writing (yes, @rachelblackmore.bsky.social, I know - finally!). Hoping it can help me work out just what should happen in the middle of the story 😆

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if all you accomplish this weekend is reading a riveting novel cover-to-cover whilst drinking multiple kettles of tea and consuming a scandalous amount of croissants, then you will have accomplished more than enough.

Hello Bluesky! Hoping to find all my Book Twitter pals here. For those I haven’t met yet here I am aboard Betsy my writing office with Bomber my beloved Border Terrier. I am lucky enough to live on a houseboat island in the Thames & my next novel is a love letter to the Thames.

So, I got starter-pack FOMO and decided to make one for writing people who know stuff and pass it on through courses, workshops, newsletters etc. It includes all the savants who teach me stuff. I've probably missed people but these were the ones who sprung to my head. go.bsky.app/K7ftxtv
