Mid-conference excursion of the European Vegetation Survey Gilles Thébaud is demonstrating forest associations and alliances described by Aimé Luquet in 1926 in their loci classici in the Mont-Dore, Massif Central.

Special Issue dedicated to the memory of Professor Sandro Pignatti (1930-2025) has been published in Annali di Botanica, a journal for which he served as the Managing Editor for many years.

The place and date for the EVS Conference of 2027 have been fixed. We will meet in Joensuu, Finland, on 13-17 September 2027. Local hosts will be Teemu Tahvanainen and Tiina Kolari.
