Yesterday, I gave a talk as part of the "Terra de Trobadors" festival in Castelló d'Empúries. We examined the figure of troubadour-count Ponç Hug IV of Empúries and placed his work within the tradition of noble patronage in the Crown of Aragon 📜 Also, I enjoyed the festival with lovely company! 🥰💕

May is here, and I'm slowly seeing light at the end of the tunnel 🐾 Although hard work on my thesis continues, I already have some adventures planned. So grateful to the people around me who suggest plans 🌼🫂 I find it hard to convince myself that it's necessary to stop, and that I'm doing enough.

A few days ago, I attended a lovely life drawing session conducted by @trazoalcuerpo (IG). I don't draw often, but I enjoy it a lot, and it helps me reconnect with my younger self. I used to do it all day! I'm specially happy with how the drawing of @ophelianaturist.bsky.social turned out 🥹🩷

5. Also, there's been a big change in social dynamics and a tendency to individualism, which has made belonging to social groups or movements less attractive, along with the fact that (associative) naturism is no longer as close to other social struggles significant for young people.

If you ever run into me at a #naturist event, you'll most likely find me like this. Despite my activity on social media, I find socializing in groups draining. I take part in few activities and enjoy being in my own world, focused on writing, reading or drawing ✍️ 📖 But please, say hello anyway! ☺️

This week is back to work on my doctoral thesis 📚 I have around a year left to finish and during the next months I'll be connecting the remaining dots to bring it to a close. I miss being in nature and swimming in the sea! But hopefully I'll do it again soon 🥹 #nudist #homenudist #phdstudent
