When Members of Congress resign because of misconduct, they can still collect their tax-funded benefits. Loopholes like this one are why so many have lost trust in government. I’m introducing a bill to ban Members of Congress who have violated their oath of office from receiving their pensions.

Yesterday, the House voted to delay the federal hemp ban by one month. It’s a step in the right direction — but it’s not nearly enough. Thousands of MN workers, farmers, brewers and producers depend on the hemp industry. I’ll keep fighting to stop the hemp ban and protect MN jobs.
