Iโve started experimenting with watercolors recently, and while itโs one of my favorite traditional mediums in art when done well, boy is it hard to learn :') In any case, if all things go well, I will have some traditional art in the EF art show!
The recent test drawing was a big help because it made me realize that plopping a canine head onto the wyvern didn't work. So now the head is this. More stylized and a trickier angle

Been getting back into traditional art lately on my free time, painted a tiger yesterday! Painted on approx A3 size Arches hot press 300gsm paper with watercolour, the whiskers and eye highlight are gouache though.
