Melting or reforming, either could be. Juan Ignacio (Blue Stretch) is one of my more gooeier elastic ocs I have who can do this at will.
Harold Gray is a bit of an inventor, but while working on a car tf machine (for some reason) it malfunction. Lucky Harold is elastic, so the restructuring part of the tf didn't hurt, just felt uncomfortable.
