In a meeting this morning with Nest agents and one of the points that was made is that there is an entire generation of homeowners who have never known a down market, and an entire generation of agents as well have not known anything, but an up market

Talked to an old person today who said they could not defend anything that this regime is doing, but they could never vote for a Democrat. I’m not sure how we get beyond that other than time
