In a meeting this morning with Nest agents and one of the points that was made is that there is an entire generation of homeowners who have never known a down market, and an entire generation of agents as well have not known anything, but an up market

Wildfire smoke from western Ontario, Canada, will push southward on Friday resulting in poor air quality across central Virginia. Those with respiratory ailments & high snesitivity will be most affected. FWIW: most smoke particles are large enough to be blocked by N95/KN95 masks.
